Business Development Manager – Adelaide

We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our South Australian team. You'll be responsible for signing up new restaurant and hospitality partners across Adelaide, helping venues unlock incremental, profitable revenue through our dynamic pricing platform.This is a fast-paced, high-ownership sales role. You'll be on the ground, building relationships, running in-person demos, and driving high-volume sign-ups each week. What You'll Be Doing

Prospect, pitch, and sign new restaurant and hospitality partners across AdelaideFocus on in-person drop-ins, meetings, and demos — this is a field-based sales roleHit weekly sign-up targets and daily outreach goalsUse HubSpot and Gong to track pipeline, activity, and performanceCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth venue onboarding and activationProvide feedback on market trends and local opportunitiesReport to the SA Sales Manager and work closely with your state teamWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years of experience in SMB sales, ideally in hospitality, tech, or marketplacesConfident in face-to-face sales, cold calling, and running structured in-person meetingsProven ability to hit targets and maintain a high volume of outreachStrong time management, self-motivation, and communication skillsA proactive mindset — you take ownership of your territory and resultsHospitality experience (worked in or sold to) is a big plus
