Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we're a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.Your RoleAs a member of the CGU Pricing team, your main responsibility is to conduct data-driven analysis to ensure premiums accurately reflect risk in the Commercial Packages portfolio.
You'll help design, build, implement, and maintain technical pricing models aligned with strategic objectives.
This includes using data, insights, and tools from across IAG to drive pricing excellence and support strong governance practices.You'll also support the delivery of innovative Go-to-Market pricing strategies in collaboration with the Portfolio and Underwriting teams.
This includes helping set book price positions, monitoring pricing performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as budget planning.
Staying informed about market trends and portfolio performance will be essential for identifying emerging risks and opportunities.In addition, you'll contribute to a continuous pricing feedback loop and produce analysis that informs rate strength and group reporting.
You'll guide junior analysts through training and peer review, while working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated pricing solutions.
