Overview Overview Work type : Full Time - Fixed Term Salary : $97,955 - $111,142 Grade : VPSG4 Occupation : Construction Location : Melbourne Reference : 7611 The Opportunity : The primary purpose of the Project Officer role is to support the Health Capital Projects team and contribute the full lifecycle of projects to meet departmental objectives. The Project Officer will be required to support the administration function for the delivery of capital projects, assist in the preparation and presentation of reports on project related matters, and provide contract administration support. Previous experience working on infrastructure projects and managing workflows would be highly regarded.
Key aspects of the role include :
Providing administration support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with governmental guidelines. Including, but not limited to, reporting, preparing briefs, resourcing, and contract administration. Supporting the delivery of projects or sub-projects in successful completion. Keeping accurate records of work activities. We are looking for :
