At Anglicare, we are searching for a compassionate and skilled Aboriginal Identified Case Manager to join our team and empower individuals and families in need.
- Key responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to Aboriginal individuals and families experiencing DFSV.
- Collaborate with clients to develop achievable case plans promoting long-term well-being.
- Conduct home visits, advocate for clients' needs, and build strong links with external services.
- Ensure accurate, compliant record-keeping to support high standards in client care.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Community Services (or equivalent), with a preference for degree qualifications.
- At least two years of experience in a domestic, family, and sexual violence-related role.
- Skilled in advocacy, client support, and creating case management plans.
