Are you a natural organiser who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Suncorp Group is looking for a Management Assistant to support three leaders—our Heads of Customer Transformation, Corporate Affairs and Digital & Customer Marketing.

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping things moving, providing confidential and high-quality admin support. You'll be the go-to person for coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring the little (and big) things are taken care of—accurately, efficiently, and always with a professional touch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diary & Meeting Management : Coordinate busy calendars, book meeting rooms and catering, and prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes.
• Travel & Email Support : Arrange seamless travel experiences and help manage inboxes with prioritisation and discretion.
• Onboarding New Starters : Set up new team members with the tools and access they need to hit the ground running.
• Financial & Procurement Admin : Manage credit card reconciliations, process invoices, and raise purchase orders.
• People Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate org charts, directories, and assist with reporting across People, Risk, and Finance.
• General Admin & Co-ordination : Manage supplies, coordinate requests, support health & safety, contribute to risk and compliance efforts, and organise team events, offsites and functions.
• Team Culture : Be a positive force within the team—supporting collaboration, connection, and continuous improvement.
