- Be the first point of contact for our HRIS (Employment Hero) support; configuration and leveraging all it has to offer.
- HR Administration ensuring smooth onboarding payroll administration and compliance and employee experience.
- Drive recruitment activities from ad posting to onboarding.
- Maintain awards knowledge and assist with HR reporting and compliance.
- Champion process improvements and automation across HR functions.
